Hey everyone, I’ve been following Eli Hart’s case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the role of the family court system. Many sources suggest that Eli’s father was fighting hard for custody, which makes me wonder if the system did enough to safeguard Eli’s well-being. Family courts are often in the unenviable position of making tough decisions, but I can’t help but feel this was a tragic oversight. It's truly devastating to think about what could have been done differently. Was there a point where Eli’s situation could have been assessed more thoroughly? Perhaps it’s time to ask whether there's a way to improve the evaluation process in custody disputes to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
