Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the impact these crimes have on the families involved. Remembering Stephen Coen and seeing how his case unfolded really puts into perspective how devastating senseless violence can be. Although the justice system did its part with Stewart's conviction, it must have been so painful for Stephen's loved ones to relive the trauma when they heard about Stewart's arrest in another homicide case years later. It's a stark reminder of the ripple effects of violence—it's not just the immediate loss, but the continuing struggle for those left behind. My heart goes out to Stephen's children and family. I hope the Topeka community finds strength and support as they deal with these recurring issues. It’s so crucial to keep their stories alive and advocate for change to hopefully prevent future tragedies. Let's all keep Stephen and the families affected by such events in our thoughts. ? Stay safe everyone.
