Has anyone else been digging into the Phillip Tate case? I just keep thinking about his medical conditions and how they might have influenced his actions or where he ended up. With dementia, Tate could have been confused and wandered off with no real sense of where he was going or how to get back. Add diabetes into the mix, and it becomes an even scarier situation if he missed a meal or medication. I'm wondering if any folks in the Riverside or surrounding areas might remember noticing someone matching his description but didn't realize it at the time? Maybe it's worth rechecking the area around Westmont Village or even further out — he could've gotten much farther than we think. Keep your eyes open!
Has anyone looked into the possibility that Phillip could have tried to take a bus or find a ride out of the area? It's concerning that he was unfamiliar with Riverside, and sometimes people with dementia might revert to familiar behaviors or routines from their past. If he used to take public transit or if he liked to walk long distances, maybe he instinctively tried to do that? I know it's a long shot, but maybe checking traffic cameras or local transit records from that time could provide some insights or even sightings. I really hope they’re able to find something that could reignite the search.
