I've been thinking a lot about how Rowena worked at the Wichita Children’s Home. It says so much about her character and the kind of compassionate person she must have been. I can only imagine the impact she had on those kids and how her absence is felt not just by her family and friends, but by everyone at the home. It's really sad to think about all the lives she touched and the future she was building for herself. The loss of someone so young and dedicated is incredibly devastating. It's also a reminder of how important it is for us as a community to support organizations that strive to protect and nurture our youth, just as Rowena did. My thoughts are with her family and all those who knew and loved her.
