I’ve been following the Cushinberry case and find myself wondering about the individual who supposedly orchestrated the deal but wasn’t charged. It’s troubling to think that someone might have played such a pivotal role in this tragedy and slipped through the cracks. I can't help but feel for Norman's family, knowing there might be more to the story. It's already such a devastating loss for them, and the idea that not everyone involved was brought to justice must be incredibly frustrating. It's a reminder of how complex these situations can be and how not everyone directly involved faces the consequences. Does anyone know if there’s been any movement to investigate this third person more thoroughly?
Just thinking about the Cushinberry case makes my heart ache for his family. I can't imagine the pain they're going through.
Lately, I've been focused on how Delaney's attorney brought up the involvement of this "third person" who supposedly instigated the drug deal. Did anyone else catch this? The fact that someone might have used Delaney’s phone to set things up without his full awareness sounds suspicious. It doesn't excuse what happened, but it makes me wonder about how much influence this third person had on the situation. It's unsettling that this individual wasn't charged, even though they might have played a key role.
I hope justice is served effectively. Whether it’s the charges or investigations, ensuring all parties are rightfully addressed feels crucial, especially for Norman’s loved ones. It's just all so tragic and unjust. Thoughts?
