It's been over four years since Elbert Costello, Jr. was taken from his family and community in such a senseless way. I can't imagine the pain his loved ones must feel every day without any closure. What I can't wrap my head around is how no arrests have been made yet. With so many people involved, surely someone has to know something significant that could help the police. The lack of detailed descriptions of the suspects doesn’t help, but maybe someone saw more than they realize. I hope those with information find the courage to speak up. It's a tragedy that these gang-related issues continue to persist, claiming young lives like Elbert's. My thoughts are with his family, and I hope they get the answers and justice they deserve soon.
