Has anyone else found it jarring how the note left by Scott MacDonald seemed to spell everything out so clearly about his intentions? It almost makes you wonder if he wanted to be caught or if he was trying to make a point of some sort. I can't imagine the terror David Flick must've felt in those moments. My heart goes out to his sons, who now have to grow up with this unimaginable loss. It's just so perplexing how a custody dispute, something many deal with, can spiral into such violence. The ripple effect on the community and the families involved is just profound. How do you even begin to process something so senseless?
