Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Kyle Slater and something that's really been on my mind is the impact this must be having on his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Losing someone is always devastating, but to lose a father and grandfather in such a sudden and violent way must be unbearable for them. It sounds like Kyle was a dedicated family man, and from what I've read about his community involvement, it's clear he was loved and respected by many. I can't imagine the lack of closure they must be feeling with this case still being unsolved. I truly hope that someone out there has the courage to step forward with any information that can help bring resolution and justice for Kyle and his family. If any of you are local and hear anything, please consider calling the TIPS Hotline. No piece of information is too small, and it could be the key to moving this case forward. Let’s keep Kyle’s family in our thoughts as they navigate through this difficult time.

I was reading up on Kyle Slater's case again, and something that sticks with me is his contribution as an Eagle Scout and later as an assistant leader. It’s clear that he had a remarkable dedication to helping others, especially guiding young folks onto a better path. It makes me wonder how his role in the community might have impacted those around him. Did any of those kids, now adults, have insights or stories that could shed light on his life or the time leading up to this tragedy? His legacy through Scouting seems significant, and perhaps there’s someone out there who can connect dots or recall conversations that might seem trivial but are pivotal. To all the former Scouts and families he touched, my heart goes out to you. Let’s hope someone steps forward with information that can help bring some justice.
