Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Raul Aguilar III case for a while and just wanted to share some thoughts on the role of delaying trials in justice. It's really distressing to see how long the Aguilar family has to wait for the trial to begin—now pushed all the way to September 2024. I can't imagine the kind of emotional toll this delay must take on Raul's loved ones. Seeing Dra Aguilar taking action with the billboard is both inspiring and heartbreaking. It’s a powerful step to keep her son’s memory alive and remind the community of the need for justice. Delays can feel like the system is dragging its feet, and it's unsettling. Does anyone have insights on why trials get delayed so often, or if there are cases where public pressure helps speed things up? My thoughts are with Raul's family and friends as they navigate this painful time.
I just wanted to take a moment to talk about Dra Aguilar's efforts to keep the public's attention on her son Raul's case. I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult it must be for her. The fact that she put up a billboard on Kellogg speaks volumes about her commitment and determination. It’s one thing to deal with such a devastating loss, but to have to fight for justice in such a public way must take an incredible amount of strength.
What really stands out to me is how she's turning her grief into action. It's almost like she’s giving a voice to Raul, ensuring he isn’t forgotten while the legal process moves slowly. Regardless of how things unfold in the courtroom, Dra’s dedication has certainly made an impact on the community. I truly hope this increased awareness helps bring some closure to her and her family. Sending them all strength and support during this incredibly tough time.
