Has anyone else been following the details coming out about the security, or lack thereof, at the 45th Street Bar? It just makes me so angry to think about how this kind of tragedy could have been prevented. Even if Raymond’s death was due to some kind of altercation, shouldn't there have been someone there to diffuse the situation before it escalated? I can’t imagine what his family is going through, losing him so suddenly and so senselessly. On another note, how can the authorities assure us there's no ongoing threat when they haven’t even made any arrests yet? Self-defense is one thing, but it’s hard to feel truly safe when the person responsible is still out there. My thoughts are definitely with Raymond's loved ones and the other individual injured that night. Keeping eyes peeled for updates in the hope that justice will be served. Anyone else have thoughts on what might help prevent these types of incidents in bar settings?
