Does anyone know more about Kenneth Proctor's background or work at the Navy Yard? It's truly terrible to think that someone who was just going about his daily routine at a place he likely felt secure ended up as a victim in such a terrible event. He seems like he was a dedicated and caring family man, and his role as a civilian utilities foreman must have been an important one for the operations there. Given that he was a resident of Waldorf, Maryland, I wonder how this community has been coping with his loss. It’s so frustrating and sad to think his sons and his friend Charlene have to deal with this unimaginable loss. To those who knew him, my thoughts are with you, and I hope you find strength together. How do you all feel about the security measures that were in place at the Navy Yard during this time? It seems like there were quite a few red flags with Alexis that were overlooked.
