I feel for Darryl's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. Something that really bothers me about this case is how quickly things can happen and how it changes people's lives forever. It's chilling to think that Darryl lost his life at such a young age and in such a sudden, senseless way. The intersection of 19th and H Streets must be a haunting spot for those who knew him, yet each day people pass by unaware of the tragedy that unfolded there. It makes me wonder about the daily lives of people who live around that area; do they feel safe? Or did this event change their perception of their neighborhood? I hope someone who knows something will speak up soon so that Darryl's loved ones get the closure they deserve. If anyone frequents that area or knows anything, please consider reaching out to the police. We all want justice for Darryl.
