I’ve been following Deandria Conyers’ case, and one thing that strikes me is the courage of her mother, Tressy. It must take unbelievable strength to not only deal with the loss of your child but to also publicly urge for justice in such a steadfast way. My heart goes out to her and the whole family. I can’t imagine the pain they’re feeling, especially knowing the perpetrator is still out there.
It got me thinking about the role of community in situations like this. Deandria was known for her kindness and helping others, which might have connected her with someone untrustworthy. It's terrifying to think that her goodwill could have played a part in her death. We can honor her memory by fostering a community vigilant in support and safety for one another.
It would be amazing if someone finally stepped forward with information. The reward might be an incentive, but truly, bringing some closure to her family would be invaluable. If anyone here knows anything, the right thing to do is speak up. It’s been too long without answers.

I’ve been following Deandria Conyers’ case since it first hit the news, and it’s been haunting me ever since. I keep thinking about those poor children who were in the apartment when this horrifying event took place. It must be incredibly traumatic for them, no matter their ages. Losing their mom in such a violent and sudden way, and being so close to the scene, it's unimaginable. I hope they are receiving the love and support they need to heal from this tragedy.
