Does anyone else find it haunting that this happened during the Cherry Blossom Festival? The contrast between the festivities and this tragic event makes it even more poignant. I can't imagine what those who witnessed it felt. Leo's family must be going through an unimaginable struggle. The fact that he left behind a sign indicates he wanted his voice to be heard, but it's so devastating that it came to this. My heart goes out to everyone affected. Would love to hear others' thoughts on what might have driven him to this point.

I keep thinking about the impact of Leo Thornton's actions on all those unsuspecting tourists who were just there to enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival. It's such a beautiful event, but this tragedy must have cast a shadow over it for many. I can't imagine the confusion and fear they must have felt when everything went into lockdown. It's just a stark reminder that we never really know what's going on in someone else's life, even when we're surrounded by so much beauty. My heart goes out to Leo's family and friends. I hope they can find some peace, knowing that his message was heard, though it's such a difficult way for a voice to be raised.
