Was anyone else following the Davon Wade case from back in 2015? I've been thinking about the safety of that area on 25th Street, NE, especially after what happened during the party that night. It's so disheartening that someone could lose their life in a moment of senseless violence. I noticed there hasn't been much in the way of detailed witness accounts or suspect information released. It makes me wonder if people are afraid to come forward or if there simply weren't enough people who saw what happened. Maybe talking about the importance of community involvement is key here. Offering a reward is one step, but encouraging an environment where people feel safe to share what they know is crucial too. My thoughts are with Davon's family and loved ones—they deserve answers and justice, and I truly hope that one day they'll get it. If anyone hears any updates, please share.
