I can't help but wonder if anyone in the area remembers seeing this van before or since. It's described as being driven slowly along Valley Avenue, which seems a bit odd, right?
If this was part of the crime, maybe it's tied to more than just the tragic events of that night. Sometimes people recall small details when they revisit the time around an incident, like changes in usual neighborhood activity or unfamiliar vehicles popping up repeatedly.
