I've been following the case of Tyree Banks for quite a while, and one thing that's been on my mind is the role of community support in bringing justice to light. It's so vital that people feel compelled to speak up, even if it’s hard or scary. Tyree's family must have gone through a whirlwind of emotions when the suspect was arrested. I can’t even begin to imagine what it was like for them to learn someone they trusted in the neighborhood could be involved. It just really highlights how essential community involvement is in these cases. If someone knows anything, even the smallest detail, it might be the key to uncovering the truth. We all need to look out for each other because, at the end of the day, it could make the difference between a case going cold and providing answers for a grieving family.
