Has anyone else been following the community's response to Isaiah Harris's tragic death? I’ve been reading about the neighborhood meetings and candlelight vigils held in his honor, and it’s both inspiring and sobering. Isaiah was just 23, with so much life ahead of him, but now, not only his family but the entire community is grieving. It's been moving to see residents come together to demand change and question how we can find solutions to stop this cycle of violence. They’ve been calling for more youth programs and outreach initiatives, which seems like a positive step forward. It's devastating that a senseless act of violence has sparked this conversation, but I truly hope it can lead to something substantial. For Isaiah's family and friends, who are going through unimaginable pain, the community’s support and determination might be a small but significant comfort during such a difficult time.
