Has anyone else read about the shooting detection system that alerted the police to the gunfire in Roger Marmet's case? I find it both reassuring and concerning. On one hand, it's amazing that technology like the ShotSpotter can potentially save lives by providing quick responses to gunfire. On the other, it's truly heartbreaking to think that despite these advancements, we still lost such a promising young man just going about his day.
