I was walking past the 4100 block of 14th Street, NW the other day and couldn't help but think about Nurudeen Thomas. It's unsettling to think that it could happen in a neighborhood like Petworth, where everyone seems to know each other. The MPD has been asking for tips, so I've been spreading the word in hopes that someone comes forward. If anyone knew Nurudeen or was nearby on that early morning, even the smallest detail might help. Our community deserves answers, and Nurudeen's family deserves peace. Does anyone have insights into how we can support his loved ones during this investigation?
