I was reading up on Jonathan Raiford's case, and it's so tough to see how close his murder was to such a prominent area. You'd think with the level of foot traffic and activity around the Irving Street and Michigan Avenue area, someone might have seen or heard something that could help investigators. I walk past there occasionally and it's usually buzzing with people. It's just chilling to think about something like this happening in broad daylight. My heart goes out to Jonathan's family and friends. Community support is so crucial right now, and I hope anyone who knows something, no matter how small, decides to speak up. Hoping for a breakthrough soon.
