Has anyone else been following the trial of Marvin Smith? I’ve been trying to keep up with the proceedings, and it's truly been a roller coaster. I can't help but think about Eugene Miller's family every time there’s a development. The justice system process is slow and must be incredibly frustrating for them. I've seen some comments speculating about the impact of Smith’s past crimes on the jury’s perception of this case. He certainly has a long history, and while everyone deserves a fair trial, it's hard not to wonder how much his background will influence the outcome. It's just so difficult to wrap my head around the senselessness of it all.
