I’ve been following the Delontae Kelly case, and it just struck me how crucial community involvement is in situations like this. I mean, we see these tragic incidents happen, yet it’s incredibly important for anyone who saw anything that evening to come forward. We can't forget that speaking up might be tough for some, especially in a big city where there's often a code of silence. But remembering Delontae and supporting his family means breaking through that silence. No family should have to wait for answers about what happened to their loved one. If you know something, no matter how small, it can make a tremendous difference. Sending my love and strength to Delontae’s family and hoping the community steps up and helps find justice.
I can't stop thinking about the lack of progress in Delontae Kelly's case. It's really unsettling that even with a reward on the table, we still don’t have any leads. Morton Street must have been busy at that time, right? How is it possible that nobody saw anything? Maybe someone did see something but hasn't come forward out of fear. I hope people realize how crucial it is to share what they know, no matter how small it might seem. Delontae’s family deserves answers, and his friends must be feeling so lost without him. It's important we all keep talking about this until justice is served.
