Has anyone else been following the case of Mark Johnson? It's hard to wrap my head around the randomness of it all. I read that the shooting happened in broad daylight, at 12:19 PM, on Benning Road, SE. It makes me think about how vulnerable we all can be, even in the middle of the day.
I wonder if there were any witnesses that might have seen something crucial. It's surprising how an ordinary day can suddenly turn into a nightmare. My heart goes out to Mark's family and friends. I can’t imagine the shock and pain they must be feeling.
