It's so devastating to think about what Dametrics Evans' daughter, Chequannah, must be enduring right now. Witnessing such a horror in real-time and losing her mother in such a brutal way is unfathomable. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma of seeing your loved one's last moments like that. Why can't people just walk away from conflicts without resorting to violence? It appears she was doing just that, trying to de-escalate and remove herself from the situation. It's such a shame that the confrontation ended this way despite her efforts. I really hope the authorities handle this investigation with utmost seriousness and bring justice to the family. My heart goes out to Chequannah and everyone else who knew and loved Dametrics. She deserves peace, and I pray they find the answers they're looking for soon.
