I can't stop thinking about the surveillance footage in the area around the time Cedric Williams was shot. It's 2022, so you'd imagine there would be a fair amount of cameras—traffic cams, businesses, maybe even someone’s doorbell video. Does anyone know if MPD has gathered any footage, or are they still asking residents and shop owners to come forward with anything they might have?
I feel for Cedric's family. It must be incredibly difficult not having answers for so long, especially when streets are usually bustling with activity. If anyone is hesitant about coming forward with what they've seen or captured, I hope they reconsider. Even the smallest detail can be crucial. It’s important to remember that Cedric was a part of this community, and it’s on all of us to help piece together what happened that day.
