Has anyone else been following the Theresa Ann Ortiz case from Hilton Head Island? I’ve been thinking about the sandals and empty pill bottle they found near the high tide line. It just doesn’t sit right with me. Could the pills indicate a medical issue or something else? It’s also strange that those items were found, but nothing else has been discovered. The ocean can be unpredictable, but it's unsettling that not a single lead has surfaced after such exhaustive search efforts. If anyone has theories or has seen similar cases, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Has anyone here looked into the weather on the day Theresa Ann Ortiz went missing? I know sometimes the ocean conditions can be really unpredictable around Hilton Head, especially during summer. If the tide was high or there were strong currents, it might explain why her sandals and pill bottle were found near the high tide line. Also, I wonder if there were any witnesses who saw her on the beach that morning or reported unusual ocean activity. It could help narrow down the search area or give some insight into what might have happened. Just thinking out loud because it’s been a while, and every little detail might count in such confusing cases.
