Does anyone have more information about Evelyn Tyler's background? I find it difficult to piece together who she was before this tragic incident. From what little I've been able to find, she was just 24 at the time of the shooting, which is incredibly young. I've been trying to look into her past, family, and what she might have been involved in before the night of June 21, 1941. It's so unsettling to think her life was cut short, and yet there's barely any trace of her story out there. If anyone has come across any newspapers or personal accounts from the time that mention more about her, it would be incredibly helpful. It’s important that we remember her as more than just a name tied to this tragedy. My heart goes out to her family, wherever they might be. They deserve answers and recognition of who she was.

Has anyone dug into the background of Galen Gilmore well enough? He was so young, just 21, and being caught up in such a tragic event makes me wonder what his story was. Sometimes the overlooked details about the victims can shed new light on the motives or the people involved. I stumbled upon a note that he was relatively new to Las Vegas at that time. Curious if any long-timers or local historians have come across something about his connections in the area or the kind of crowd he mingled with. It's baffling how some cases just seem to fade away without resolution. My heart goes out to all the families, it's a hard legacy to bear when answers are still elusive.

Has anyone else looked into the life and background of Tilly Decker? From what I can gather, she was Charles Decker's wife, and I can't help but think about what she must have gone through losing her husband in such a terrible way. It must have been incredibly difficult for her to get the news and then have to deal with everything in the aftermath, especially since it happened so far from their home in Nebraska. I wonder if she ever pursued further investigation on her own or tried to push law enforcement to get answers. It's been over 80 years, and still, there's so little information available. If anyone has more details about her or how she coped with such a tragedy, I'd love to know. It's important to remember the people closest to the victims who also carry a heavy burden long after the headlines fade.
