Has anyone else been following the Childress case and noticed how it highlights issues with communication between agencies? It’s tough to grasp how misinformation played such a big role here. The U.S. Marshals passed along incorrect info to the LVMPD about Keith being wanted for attempted murder, which escalated the whole situation tragically. I can’t imagine the confusion and fear Keith must have felt being pursued like that. It’s so important that agencies coordinate better and verify their intel. This could help prevent another family from enduring such a terrible loss. What do you guys think could be done to improve inter-agency communications to avoid such tragic outcomes in the future?
