I've been following Raneisha Smith's case since it happened, and my heart goes out to her family and friends who are still searching for answers. Something that's been bothering me lately is the lack of progress in identifying any suspects. I know the North Las Vegas PD is doing what they can, but it's been over six years, and there seems to be no solid leads. It's incredibly frustrating to think that there might be someone out there with crucial information who hasn't come forward yet. Was anyone else struck by the fact that this happened with family around? It’s unimaginable that a family gathering could turn so tragic. I keep wondering what more could be done to encourage witnesses to share what they know. It’s a dreadful reminder of how lives can be shattered in an instant. If anyone has thoughts on how community members might be encouraged to speak up, I'd love to hear them.
