Has anyone looked into the possibility of Lani being picked up by someone after she abandoned her car? Seems odd that her personal items were left behind, especially her shoes. If she was planning to wander off on her own, wouldn't she have taken them with her? The Cleghorn Ridge area is pretty rugged, so trekking out there without proper footwear seems unlikely to me. Maybe someone out there has connections or frequents that area and might have noticed a vehicle or person around the time her car was found. Just trying to think outside the box here!
