I can't stop thinking about Heather Alvarado and the kind of person she was. Reading about her dedication to her family and her involvement in Cedar City is truly inspiring. She had such a vibrant presence, from all the community activities to being there with her kids and husband. It breaks my heart to think of what her family is going through. Just imagining her attending the concert with her daughter and then having such a horrific event unfold is beyond comprehension.
