I've been following the case of Quintin Jakar Hicks and the others involved, and my heart goes out to their families. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the area where this tragic incident happened. The 2200 block of Carroll Street seems like such a close-knit community, and it's tough to grasp how something this devastating could have occurred there. Does anyone living nearby or familiar with that area have any insights into whether it’s typically safe or if there have been other incidents in the past? I hope the investigation makes some progress soon, for the sake of everyone touched by this tragedy. Sending strength to all who are mourning.
