Has anyone else been following the strange series of events at the North Las Vegas fourplex on Ellis Street? I’ve been thinking a lot about the young boy who was injured alongside Hasan Ameen. I can’t even begin to imagine the trauma he’s facing at just 13 years old. There's been so little info released about him, probably to protect his privacy, but I hope he’s receiving the support and counseling he needs. It's equally alarming how this situation seems to involve connections between the victims and likely ties to more than what meets the eye. My heart truly goes out to the families involved; living knowing there's still no justice must be so incredibly hard. The police mentioned potential retribution, so it only deepens the mystery and raises so many questions about who could be mixed up in this and why. For anyone out there with a tidbit of info, however small, please think about coming forward. Even as outsiders, we can empathize with the urgency the families must feel to find closure.
