Has anyone else been digging into Heather Pate's background? I can't help but wonder what led her to believe in those unfounded accusations against Roy Jaggers. The fact that she was convinced enough to participate in such a horrific crime is baffling. It makes me think about how easily false beliefs can escalate into unimaginable actions. It's chilling to consider how this could happen in any neighborhood, to any unsuspecting person. My heart really goes out to Roy's family—it's unthinkable to lose someone to such senseless violence. I hope they find some semblance of peace as the killers face the consequences of their unforgivable actions.
