Has anyone else been following the aftermath of the North Las Vegas shootings from 2021? I just keep thinking about Michael Myers and his family. How devastating it must be for Desiree Robinson and the kids. A young father stepping out just to grab some snacks for his children and never making it back home—it's unthinkable. I can't shake the sadness I feel for them, and the senseless nature of this loss really hits hard. Reading about Michael, he seemed like such a dedicated family man and to have his life taken in such a way, it’s just beyond tragic. I really hope Desiree and her family have a strong support system to help them navigate through this unimaginable time. Sending thoughts and strength their way. ?

Has anyone else been following the details of how the community has reacted to Michael Myers' death in North Las Vegas? I was reading some articles and saw that local residents gathered for a vigil to honor him and the other victims. It’s so emotional to think about how Michael just stepped out for a quick run to get snacks for his kids and never came back. Their lives changed forever in an instant. It really makes you think about how precious life is and how quickly it can all be taken away. His wife, Desiree, and their four kids are in my thoughts. I can’t imagine the pain they’re going through. So many people showed up to support them and to remember Michael, which says a lot about the kind of person he was. Has anyone heard if there's been any ongoing community support for them since the incident?
