Stacia Edwards

On February 23, 2007, the body of Stacia Lachell Edwards, a 25-year-old woman, was discovered in the backyard of a vacant house at 1041 Elberta Street in Houston, Texas. Stacia had suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The discovery was made by a juvenile male who was walking to a bus stop; he noticed her body and subsequently informed a friend. Together, they returned to the location and flagged down a passing patrol vehicle to alert the authorities.
