Someone on this Facebook post said "We all know who did it come in people but evidence was misshandled that's what the DA said To me.this is stacy clabo" The person who posted it was named Dawn, so does that mean they are saying that Stacy Clabo did it? If so, why has there been no arrest? Is anyone from the family on here that knows more details?

I can't get Laren Durfey's case out of my head, and I feel deeply for his family and the community in Battle Mountain. I saw an interview with his mother, and her pain is so palpable. It’s unfathomable that a year has passed and there hasn't been a single arrest. I’ve read through various discussions about the case and noticed a lot of talk about the lack of surveillance in the area where it happened. Could this be a reason why this case is dragging on with seemingly no leads?
I've also been wondering if Laren had any known enemies or recent altercations. A double method of attack seems unusually violent, which suggests a personal vendetta to me. I hope anyone with even the smallest piece of information finds the courage to come forward. We can all play a part in helping his family find the answers they desperately need.
