Hey all, I’ve been following this case pretty closely, and something that's been nagging at me is the role that trust—or lack thereof—seemed to play in this tragedy. It’s just devastating to think that a disagreement over something as everyday as who gives the kids a ride to school could escalate to such a horrific outcome. Jamie clearly had reasons to be wary of Lahela being around her children, and it makes you wonder about any prior interactions that could have led to such distrust. I can't imagine what Jamie's family must be going through right now, losing her like that when she was just trying to protect her kids. I hope investigators dig deeper into any past incidents between Jamie and Lahela that might shine light on why things blew up the way they did. It’s hard to comprehend how things could spiral so quickly from a verbal spat to such irreversible actions. Thoughts and prayers are with Jamie's family and her little ones during such an unfathomable time. If anyone has come across similar cases where simple disputes turned deadly, I'd love to hear thoughts on this.
