I’ve been researching old cold cases in Denver and came across Helen Beckam’s story. I’m intrigued by the fact that her murder remains unsolved after all these years. One thing I keep wondering about is the location of her home at 6631 East 24th Avenue. Was this area known for being quiet and safe back in 1970, or were there other incidents that might have suggested an underlying issue in the neighborhood? It feels so unsettling to think about someone losing their life so violently and yet having no concrete answers all this time later. It must be incredibly frustrating and painful for her family to have gone so long without closure. Anyone from Denver who knows more about this area or the atmosphere back then, your insights would be greatly appreciated. Let's keep Helen’s memory alive and hope that one day, there's a breakthrough for her case.
