I was recently reading about Benjamin Chavez's case from 1976, and I can't help but think about how tough this has to be for his family and friends, still waiting for answers all these years later. It's important for us to keep cases like this one in the public eye; the more we talk about it, the greater the chance that someone might remember a detail that could help. Cold cases often have breakthroughs even after decades, and recent advances in DNA technology give some hope. I'd imagine it's been so hard for his loved ones having to live without closure all these years. If anyone knows anything—no matter how small it might seem—it’s worth reaching out. You never know what piece of information might help connect the dots to finally get some justice for Benjamin. My thoughts are with his family and hope that they find the answers they've been waiting for.
