I’ve been reading about Max Leroy Duran’s case, and it’s truly puzzling how there seem to be no solid leads after all these years. The area where Max was found—West 32nd and Quivas—has changed so much since 1978. It makes me wonder if there’s anyone who might have lived in the area back then and maybe remembers something odd or out of place from that day. Even though it’s been decades, I feel for Max’s family. It must be incredibly tough not having answers or closure for so long. I hope that somehow, somewhere, someone comes forward with new information. Even the smallest detail might make a huge difference. If there's any old-timer from that neighborhood around who might read this, maybe they could share their memories? You never know what might help...

Has anyone looked into whether Max Leroy Duran was possibly targeted for any reason? I read that his murder happened near West 32nd Avenue and Quivas Street, which doesn't seem like an isolated spot. It's puzzling that no one came forward with any information, given how busy that area can sometimes be. My thoughts are with Max's family and friends. I can't imagine the pain of not having answers after all these years. It's essential to keep talking about such cases, as someone might remember something or a new piece of evidence could surface. Denver PD's cold case unit might just need that one new lead. Has anyone heard if there was ever a reward offered for information? Sometimes that can help jog memories or motivate someone to speak out.
