Just came across the tragic case of John Garcia from 1986. Has anyone looked into the social dynamics of Morrison Road around that time? I've read that area was pretty different back then, possibly involving some gang activities or other social unrest. It's so troubling to think that these aspects might have played a role in an innocent young man's life ending too soon. It’s clear John deserves justice, and his loved ones deserve peace. I wonder if revisiting the social context of that time might shine new light on the investigation or even jog someone’s memory to come forward. Thoughts? What else can we do to keep John’s case in the public eye?
