Has anyone looked into how DCFS handled their previous interactions with Tylesha Griffin? It really makes my stomach turn to think about this whole situation. If there were allegations of neglect back in 2011, I'm wondering if there were missed opportunities to intervene and protect Donnell Jr. It's critical to understand what actions were taken back then and if they followed up appropriately. It honestly terrifies me to think about how things like this might keep slipping through the cracks. My heart goes out to Donnell's siblings, who must be going through unimaginable emotions right now. I hope the authorities are stepping up to ensure their safety and provide the support they need.
