Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Marlon Horton's case recently, and it strikes me how much potential was lost on that day in July 2002. Being only 18, Marlon had his whole life ahead of him, and it's such a loss for his family, friends, and the Denver community. What truly gets to me is the location where this tragedy occurred—the 2500 block of Welton Street. If anyone's familiar, you know how vibrant and full of life that area can be. The stark contrast between the liveliness of that place and the tragedy that took Marlon's life is just so haunting. Remembering the beauty and potential of these places highlights the urgency for justice and resolution. If anyone here knows more about the atmosphere in the neighborhood back then or has any insights into what was going on around that time, it might just shake something loose. Let's keep supporting each other as we dig deeper into this unsolved case. Stay safe and vigilant, everyone.
