I can only imagine how tough it must be for Richard's family and friends to wait for justice all these years. I'm curious whether there have been any community initiatives to gather information or jog memories within the area. Sometimes, it's the smallest detail from someone who might not even realize its importance that can open new doors in an investigation. Maybe someone from the neighborhood or someone who might have moved away since then holds a piece of the puzzle. My thoughts are with everyone who knew Richard, hoping that someday soon they might find some closure.
