Just wanted to share something that really touched me about John Larimer's story. Apparently, he was a mentor to many within the Navy, and that just says so much about who he was. From what I've read, he was often the one people would go to when they needed guidance or support, both during his time in the service and in his civilian life. Being able to make such a positive impact on others is a true testament to his character. I think it's genuinely beautiful how his family has continued this legacy through the mentoring award in his name. It's a powerful way to keep honoring John's spirit and the positive force he was. I just hope that, amidst their pain, his loved ones find a sense of peace knowing that John's influence lives on and continues to help others grow and succeed. Sending love to anyone who knew him and misses him dearly.
