Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Mears, and I'm really concerned about the fact he hasn't contacted his mom since October. From what I understand, he had a routine of calling her every few weeks, regardless of where he was. Even with his transient lifestyle, it's clear he prioritized keeping in touch with her, so this sudden silence seems really out of character for him. I wonder if anyone has any insight into possible reasons for someone in his situation to suddenly stop reaching out? Could it be an issue with losing contact information, or maybe something happened that made contacting her difficult? Any thoughts or similar experiences would be helpful!

I just can't get the case of Mears out of my mind. Does anyone else find it odd that he suddenly stopped calling his mom? From what I’ve read, he always made sure to stay in touch, no matter where he moved. I know he was homeless and had a transient lifestyle, but something feels off about him going completely silent.
Are there any updates on his possible travel routes or if he was spotted in another state after leaving the Boulder/Denver area? It seems like someone should have seen him or heard from him by now. Stay safe, and please share any new info you might have.
