I keep thinking about the timeline of Gervais Spencer's murder and how crucial those 70 minutes between 7:30 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. could be in solving this case. It's unsettling to think that one of the seven other parolees living in the transitional home might have seen or heard something vital. I can only imagine the frustration and pain his family must be feeling, knowing there's a chance someone has information but hasn't come forward yet. Lori Davey, his wife, must be going through so much right now. Not only did she lose her husband, but she's left in limbo without answers or justice. I sincerely hope that the Crime Stoppers reward will be a catalyst for someone to break their silence, not just for the money but to help a family in grief find some peace and to honor Gervais's efforts to turn his life around.
