Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Kendrick Shaw and Rocca Guyton, and something that's been on my mind is the lack of security at the Community Event Center. Given that the police had been called there eight times in the past 10 months, it really makes you wonder if more could have been done to prevent such a terrible incident. Were there security cameras? Was there enough lighting in the parking lot where this awful event took place? It's so sad to think that a place meant for community gathering turned into a scene of violence. My heart truly goes out to the friends and families of Kendrick and Rocca. I can't even imagine their pain, and I hope they can find some peace. Does anyone know if there have been any efforts to improve security at similar venues in the area since this happened? I really hope something positive can come out of this tragedy to prevent anything like it from happening again. Stay safe, everyone. Please share if you have heard anything about changes in security measures or if there are any ways we can support the families involved. -- Peaceful_Ponderer123
